The client needed someone to find the right property, manage the purchase and take ownership of a substantial renovation. Homesys sourced the property and supported conveyancing before overseeing the build.
The original front elevation and front windows were retained. Behind them, the property was rebuilt with a new structure, layout, services, roof and interior fit-out.
The £300,000 renovation was completed in December 2024. The client now lives in the finished home.
