Experience starts on site.
In the early 2000s, the bungalow at Beachcroft Gardens was a shell. A previous proposal to build upwards had not secured planning permission. The route forward was a considered rebuild as a bungalow.
Jamal worked with his father and a building partner on the layout, planning and delivery, spending time on site throughout the project.
The completed property sold in 2009, in the difficult market following the financial crisis. This was an early project in Jamal’s career, before Homesys was established in 2019.
